Medicine & History Lecture Series

These talks on the history of medicine are suitable for those with little or no knowledge of the subject. They look at a wide range of factors that have influenced changes in medicine and health.

Every session includes two lectures given by different speakers, chosen for their lively and entertaining approach as well as their expertise and ability to relate historical issues to those of current importance.

There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion. Delegates can enrol for the whole series or come to individual sessions.

The new dates are Saturday 1st October, 5th November, 3rd December 2011 and 7th January, 4th February and 3rd March 2012.

Each session is 10am – 12.30pm
