The UK's network of medical collections
The UK Medical Collections Group (UKMCG) was established in 2005. Our aim is to demonstrate how medical collections can make a difference to the public, to historical researchers and to professionals.
UKMCG is open to any institution, organisation or individual with an interest in medical and healthcare related collections. We welcome participation whatever the scale of medical collection.
We provide support, through the network of the group, for the development of medical and related collections. We engage in research and interpretation and share knowledge of the UK's medical heritage.
